Open Call for Influencers from the Western Balkans

The Institute for Media and Analytics (IMA) from Skopje, North Macedonia is launching an open call for influencers as part of their project “Fighting Disinformation – Fighting for Democracy”, funded by the European Cultural Foundation’s Culture of Solidarity Fund (Democracy Resilience Edition).

The initiative aims to empower young influencers across the Western Balkans to counter disinformation, hate speech, and harmful online content while fostering a culture of empathy, democracy, and active civic engagement.

Who can apply?
Young influencers, activists, artists, and content creators (aged 18–27) from North Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo with at least 10K followers on social media.

What’s in it for them?
– Training with top experts on countering disinformation & hate speech
– Collaboration with regional influencers on a powerful social media campaign
– €1,000 (gross) to create impactful digital content
